HOW DOES THIS WORK?
GRIT utilizes various botanicals that support healthy inflammation. Featuring Tetrahydrocurcumin, Boswellia serrata, White Willow Bark, and Devil’s Claw GRIT uses this synergistic combination to fight off inflammation through various pathways. Additionally, GRIT utilizes a novel ingredient Anandamide - the endogenous ligand for the cannabinoid receptor, which is also the biological target for Beta-Caryophylline - also contained in GRIT.*
HOW MUCH SHOULD I TAKE?
GRIT is designed to be taken as 4 capsules daily. These capsules can be taken together post-workout, or before bed. The four capsules can also be taken in a split dose of 2 capsules post-workout and 2 capsules before bed.
